1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using revalonmd.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These website Terms are separate from the Client Services Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) executed individually with clients for protected health information (PHI) handling. Use of this Site constitutes acceptance of the most current posted version of these Terms.

2. Do Not Submit Protected Health Information Through This Website

For our practices regarding non-PHI data (analytics, cookies, and contact submissions), see our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on revalonmd.com — including text, graphics, logos, trade dress, and code — is owned by RevalonMD LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright law and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission from RevalonMD LLC. The RevalonMD name, logo, and marks are trademarks of RevalonMD LLC.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems; scrape, harvest, or collect data through automated means without express written consent; upload or transmit malicious code; or impersonate RevalonMD LLC or any other person or entity. RevalonMD reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to this Site for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice and at RevalonMD’s sole discretion.

5. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. RevalonMD LLC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk. RevalonMD encourages you to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party site you visit before providing information or relying on its content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RevalonMD LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of this Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. RevalonMD LLC’s principal place of business is 1621 Central Ave #8966, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in Wyoming under applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits either party’s right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Termination

RevalonMD reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to this Site for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Upon termination of a client relationship (governed by the separate Client Services Agreement), RevalonMD’s data handling obligations are set forth in the executed BAA, not in these website Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in full effect.
