How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver the free revenue-leakage audit you request, communicate about our services, and improve this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

HIPAA and protected health information

RevalonMD operates as a HIPAA business associate under 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164. PHI is exchanged only after a signed BAA, only through secured channels — never through this website, web forms, or unsecured email. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is role-based, audit-logged, and limited to the minimum necessary standard. Sharing

Retention and security
