Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

RevalonMD LLC(“RevalonMD,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through revalonmd.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to website visitors and prospective clients; the handling of protected health information (PHI) for clients is governed separately by each client’s Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Information we collect

Contact and practice information you submit through our forms (name, work email, phone, practice name, specialty, EHR system, claim-volume range, and any message you include); and standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, approximate region) collected through privacy-safe analytics. We instruct you not to submit PHI through any web form, and our forms state this requirement; do not include patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, or clinical details.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver the free revenue-leakage audit you request, communicate about our services, and improve this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

HIPAA and protected health information

RevalonMD operates as a HIPAA business associate under 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164. PHI is exchanged only after a signed BAA, only through secured channels — never through this website, web forms, or unsecured email. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is role-based, audit-logged, and limited to the minimum necessary standard. Workforce members receive HIPAA training, and our security practices are reviewed on a recurring schedule.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (for example, form-delivery and hosting providers), or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is retained only as long as needed to evaluate and service your request, then deleted on a defined schedule. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about them, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we will verify your request and respond within the statutory window.
